The room was very spacious and beautiful. It was disappointing that there was nothing in the refrigerator for purchase or any food in the room for purchase. They could have had more amenities like lotion, q- tips.Et cetera. And due to the sketchy area, they should have the parking lots secured

Shuttle to ballpark & restaurant was great. TV in room not so great. You had to sign into your accounts to watch TV. I didn't know my YouTube TV sign in so i couldn't watch the Packers game that evening... I think local tv channels should be included.

Room was clean and quiet. The staff were very nice and accommodating. On site private parking. And nice bar and restaurant on site. Free shuttle around the city and to the Brewer games! We always stay here when we stay in Milwaukee.

The hotel was amazing and the staff was super friendly. Getting into the hotel parking lot was a little tricky but we would definitely come back again.

Check-in process was very easy, especially if you did the online check-in, staff was very friendly and could hold a conversation. The overall aesthetic of the hotel is unique, something you don’t see a lot of these days. The rooms were very welcoming and clean. The little food that I did order was as expected. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, especially if you are attending a concert just across the street or walking around Milwaukee for a day.
One minor issue I do have, is the treatment of other guests that are participating in concert dress up. For more context is, the reason for my stay was to attend a concert, and upon returning to the hotel, the doors were locked because one of the front door attendance did not like the face paint on two of the other guests face. It was nothing vulgar or demeaning. Just some white face paint and some black around the eyes, no blood no pentagrams nothing that would be offputting to other guests. They were forced to remove the make up before anyone could enter. Personally, I don’t mind a little bit of fun if somebody wants to dress up for an event. I’m just a little disheartened by the facility for such dish treatment to their own guests.

这家酒店一如既往地干净、安静。他们有停车库，不过这次电梯坏了。我以前吃过他们家的餐点，味道不错，但这次没吃。
工作人员非常棒，尽管酒店设施不算最新，但他们在布置和展示方面下了很大功夫。
