Hampton Inns are my favorite place to stay on the road. The Watertown location was scrupulously clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the breakfast most mornings and found the variety offered very good. The staff was friendly and engaging! Kudos to Jim at the Front Desk for being so welcoming and pleasant when we arrived.
The room was quiet and restful. The bedding was firm and comfortable.

The staff member at the front desk wasn't very friendly. Not pleased that they don't service the room every day. The mattress was a bit lumpy and the pillow not fluffy enough. The room was clean, though and the included breakfast was very good.

The Hotel was a typical Hampton Inn, meaning everything I expected which is why I always book a Hampton when available where I am traveling to.
前台微笑很美丽
这次住宿体验远非理想。一边看着孩子们游泳，一边还要躲避泳池里滴落的水，真是太可笑了。如果酒店通知关闭（例如健身房），这一点就应该注意，因为有些人在选择酒店时会特意留意这项设施。浴缸里有很多头发，看起来就像从未清洗过一样。整体外观非常糟糕。绝对不会再住这里了。非常失望。
这家酒店唯一的缺点是：
寝具
床单皱巴巴的，而且很薄
我们确实不知道是否为每位顾客更换了被子或床罩。
这并不能激发我的信心。
但床上用品很干净
我们在那儿住了三天，房间一次都没打扫过，垃圾也没倒，干净的毛巾也没换。我给前台打了三次电话，他们都说会处理，结果什么都没发生！！千万别浪费时间和金钱来这个破地方！！
遮光窗帘太棒了，我们都没意识到已经是早上了。也很喜欢门边的夜灯。早餐很棒，虽然快吃完了，但东西还是齐全。
我们很讨厌这次经历，因为我们的浴室里有一只蟑螂，我们向工作人员反映后，他们帮我们换了另一个房间。唯一的遗憾是早餐。
