The Westin was absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing. The hotel is itself was clean. It’s beautiful. The staff was very light very nice and polite.

Room was very clean and modern with an amazing ocean view. Staff was courteous and helpful. Convenient valet parking or taxi readily available. I surprised my husband with a trip to St. Thomas and this was our first time staying at the Westin. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Room and view was nice. But I didn’t receive the room I paid for! Over all I liked the hotel. And it do not have beach access have to go to the neighboring hotels .

The service was slow. They do not provide transparent information regarding parking charges and you have to request for your room to be refreshed every day…they don’t clean it unless you ask.

The facility is very nice. Our Ocean view as partially blocked by a roof parapit as we were on the 4th floor / lobby floor with the room we were provided. I would have like to change that. The images on Orbitz and the resort website show a beach front for the Westin, but it is actually over at Buoy House, their sister property, which is also nice, and you have access to it, but you are not allowed to use the pools at Buoy House. The Westin is very nice, and the views are as well, but if you are looking for an experience where you can have the beach/ocean and pool experience right next to them, and not have to go up several flights of stairs or elevator to get to the Westin pool, just know that this resort does not have that though their pictures on Orbitz or their website make it appear they do.

Beautifully appointed room with a loft apartment style floor plan. 2 full bathrooms with one upstairs and one downstairs. Nice balcony. Wonderful, efficient, friendly service throughout the entire stay. Breathtaking views. Lush landscaping. Delicious food. A short cab ride to everything.

The Westin needs upgrades also they need to tell there menbers that travel specific thru 3 parties, of there extra fees that they do not tell the customer. To make a reservation on its properties it was hell none of the phone dialing works. Operator was rude every time u bad to call then directly. Everyone is expecting of charges when they kmow not at check out and now there is an extra 500 in resort fees. For everything we paid and the quality next time if we ever return will get a villa private chef at least our money will be well spend.

Beautiful property however it is poorly maintained and understaffed. The property itself requires more TLC the elevator in building 3 on the first floor has an active water leak and the wall itself has a lot of water damage. That started my initial concern and I started to notice more details, the hallways are not well kept. The lights in the dining room flicker, there was glass on the floor from the night before I can go on and on. I felt like the staff was being overworked and unable to provide a more personal experience due to lack of manpower.
I saw the prior reviews and decided to take a chance, unfortunately the cost did not reflect the experience.

The property overall was very nice. Rooms are clean, ocean view room is very nice. Take excursion recommendation from the excursion desk and not the islanders. We found that we were not always on the same page/expectation as the locals. The service at the resort is mediocre but they try. The spa was nice but I’ve definitely had better.

Everything and everyone was lovely. The only thing that was ok is the food. If they add a fine dining restaurant, it would be perfect. Also, better food choice. However, downtown has some great places to eat!
