However, please note that all information regarding amenities and seasonality is clearly stated both on our official website and in the hotel description you receive at the time of booking. During October, as stated, some restaurants and bars may be closed or offer limited service depending on visitor numbers and weather conditions, as may some outdoor activities (such as the cold-water pool). Likewise, drinks and products not included in the all-inclusive package are always clearly labeled. We understand that the atmosphere may be quieter during the off-season than during the summer months, but this is due to the natural decline in visitor numbers and is not a decision of the hotel. We're pleased that you enjoyed the cleanliness of your room, the sports facilities, and the beauty of the beach.
