Hotel was nice, ataff really friendly and helpful. Didnt gwt our resort credit. Hotel room was above main entertainment area and music was loud. Plus desk directly outside our room 342. Speed dialing rooms all day, loud phone calls and people talking from 7am to 10pm so could sleep in the day and woken up early. Other than that pool, drink and food were great.

房间漏水，水是脏的还有异味……唯一让我满意的是我房间的视野……酒店需要翻新了，太旧太破了。
我阳台外的景色简直糟透了，只有一堵白砖墙！
有一天浴室下水道臭味熏天，根本没法用。早上7:30就得起床去占日光浴床，结果剩下的也不多了！！！泳池边根本没有足够的床位。
晚上非常拥挤和嘈杂，晚上10点以后就只有卡拉OK和迪斯科！根本不值我付的钱。
酒店很不错，食物美味，地理位置极佳。服务有待提高。
我以前一直认为邮轮是第一，但就我而言，这家度假村才是 2025 年的第一名。
酒店套餐包含所有服务，但设施一般，略显老旧，泳池也太小，无法满足酒店的需求。服务非常差，无论是前台还是海滩服务人员都如此。服务员只会在你给小费后才提供饮料或支付遮阳伞的费用。
这是一次非常愉快和舒适的体验，我喜欢在那里💕
只是设施有一点点旧，其他都不错。再一个就是酒店大堂里那些拉着你让你听课的有点烦
