Customer service was great. Food was not the best. Needs variety. On our laat night, my 7 year old got food positioning from the restaurant Zen. Hotel said I was lying about it and saud my son probably ate something outside the hotel. I told them we were in the hotel all day and to check their cameras, but they still said I was lying. Hotel didn't want to take any accountability. I had to call the hotel doctor and that ended costing $200 dollars, plus $100 in medications. Definitely not going back.

房间漏水，水是脏的还有异味……唯一让我满意的是我房间的视野……酒店需要翻新了，太旧太破了。
我阳台外的景色简直糟透了，只有一堵白砖墙！
有一天浴室下水道臭味熏天，根本没法用。早上7:30就得起床去占日光浴床，结果剩下的也不多了！！！泳池边根本没有足够的床位。
晚上非常拥挤和嘈杂，晚上10点以后就只有卡拉OK和迪斯科！根本不值我付的钱。
我以前一直认为邮轮是第一，但就我而言，这家度假村才是 2025 年的第一名。
酒店套餐包含所有服务，但设施一般，略显老旧，泳池也太小，无法满足酒店的需求。服务非常差，无论是前台还是海滩服务人员都如此。服务员只会在你给小费后才提供饮料或支付遮阳伞的费用。
这是一次非常愉快和舒适的体验，我喜欢在那里💕
房间很干净，但阳台上看到的景色简直就是小吃店的风景……酒店里可能没有比这更糟糕的了，而且他们告诉我没有其他房间可供我入住。具体来说，476号房间，如果你想坐在阳台上，尽量不要住。我住的酒店那边只有一部电梯在运行。如果我不想等5分钟，就得爬楼梯。其他一切都很完美，只是如果你想使用度假村积分，需要支付35%的服务费，所以如果你只是想放松一下，就不要用度假村积分了。
每个人都非常友好和乐于助人。每家餐厅的食物，包括客房服务和海滩服务，都非常美味，而且准备充分。我们玩得很开心，计划很快再来。
