There was a small issue with the twin beds. We were given a room where the twins bed were connected side by side to each other. We were able to exchange the room right away and get a twin room where the beds were completely separated from each other. The bathroom was small, but very clean with excellent water pressure. There is no padding under the carpet. The reception closes early, not a 24 hour facility but it was not an issue for us. Breakfast was not included but was very reasonably priced (10 Euros per person) for an excellent spread with a variety of hot and cold items. The reception ordered a taxi for us when we checked out. It was waiting for us a few minutes early. This is a little far out of the city center but it took 1 bus and then 1 metro to get to the city center. The bus stop is only a 50 ft away from us. You can walk to the metro station in about 15 minutes.
