The manager does not care about visitors and we had to undergo tremendous hardship in the hotel and no solution was provided. He will talk nicely but will not provide solution only for you to adjust. The problems was not shared during the booking but it led to mental torture for us.

Overall the staff was good and the house keeping department was very good especially Rupali from housekeeping department was friendly and good at work. Definately I will be visiting this hotel nextime.

Very overrated. Staff unfriendly, not very polite, they pretend to be polite but they are not. You ask anything and the way they answer is negative, it gives you a feel that they do not like guests at all. Too argumentative approach. This bothers the guests especially after paying a high cost. This starts from the booking time, until you leave the hotel. Staff who handles car parking is very gentle and nice. But Concierge staff should be trained , telling them that guests pay to live in that hotel, and not asking any favors, so they deserve way more courtesy for basic stuff , for which they "pay". They are eager to get feedback form filled up while checking out , unfortunately they dont know that people prefer online feedback, and more than that, its the good service which prompts guests to give a good feedback, and not a fake smile during only the check out. Rooms are really nice. Those are not noisy at all. Lobby overall ambience is great. Very clean and properly equipped. Breakfast spread is average but acceptable.

Had a very comfortable stay at The Vern at BLVD. Staff was understanding and supportive and warm. Lovely ambience, great breakfast spread. Overall enjoyed the stay. 30 mins from Trimbakeshwar temple. 15 mins from Sula wines.
员工粗鲁，食物一般。首先，他们没有妥善告知旅行社入住和退房时间。我通过Flipkart旅行社预订了一晚住宿，但明明规定下午2点才能入住。所以我们下午2点就入住了，午餐只能在Foundry餐厅享用。这里的食物还不错，但员工却很臭。显然，这与四星级酒店的预期不符……晚上，铸造厂的音乐一直播放到晚上 11:30……声音太大，让人无法安睡……在查看时，我被告知每个星期六他们都会播放到很晚，即使打扰到顾客……第二天的早餐低于平均水平……没想到四星级酒店会提供不合格的食物……桑巴酱很甜，而煎饼却没有味道……现在最大的问题是，我们真的非常失望……他们派一名工作人员在上午 11 点到房间办理退房手续……这时已经是上午 11:30 了，按照上面的入住时间，理想的退房时间应该是中午 12 点……他们的工作人员很粗鲁，坚持最早退房……我说我会在 12 点退房……他非常粗鲁，看起来像是酒店业的人……我们以前从未遇到过这种情况……在投诉后，接待员辩解说他是新来的，需要培训……总的来说，这是一次糟糕的经历，永远不会再来……肯定不是四星级，也远远达不到大道

Panorama 的菜品棒极了。氛围、菜品和服务都很棒。中国高级厨师 Dhansings 做的中餐品质一流。10/10 推荐！鸡肉外脆内软，炒饭也很饱腹。这完全符合我对孟买一家好餐厅的期望，所以我强烈推荐大家来这里用餐。
由于房间已售罄，我没有入住。不过我打电话询问了一下食物供应情况。房间另一头的萨米特先生热情地接待了我们，并亲自出来迎接我们。酒店也非常干净舒适，强烈推荐。
这家酒店简直太棒了……客房服务人员非常谦逊，而且很主动。房间非常舒适。我发现这里有很多美食，而且食物非常美味。我们还会再来的……
氛围和食物都很棒。如果你想吃亚洲菜，泰式绿咖喱是必尝之选。餐厅位于屋顶，环境优美，蔬菜选择也相当不错，菜品味道无可挑剔，期待再次光临。
