The building had a very unpleasant smell every day we were there. Photos are highly edited and the condition of the apartment and amenities did not accurately represent what was advertised. I did not enjoy my stay very much.

Prime location. Stayed there 4 weeks, different suite every 2 weeks. The suite facing O Keefe Ave was noisy at times with the sirens blaring from fire, police, etc, at 9 floors above ground. The other suite I had looked toward the east, toward the NOLA slyline, was quieter, was 11 floors high above the street. First time ever I experienced contactless check-in, check-out, had no major problems. Stylish spaces, looks larger than it is, and the home amenities allowed me to cook good food.

The room was large and had a nice view of the city. However the facility itself was quite dirty. It was a shared facility with apartments and other entities in the building. Had to contact multiple times to gain the entrance code to my room, and the contact number provided on the site was incorrect. The room itself had mold above the air conditioning vent and all windows were sealed shut and unable to open. WiFi was also not working in the building.

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE LOCATION IT WAS IN A GOOD AREA WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING CANAL AND BOURBON AND ALL THE EATING PLACES AND FIERY CRAB RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER SO GOOD

I really enjoyed my stay! The space was cozy, comfortable, and had a nice “home for the weekend” feel. I also loved that it was within walking distance to popular spots, which made getting around super easy.

There were mice in my unit and I asked for a refund for the remaining days because I checked out early since it was not sanitary to stay there and they said they weren't going to refund me for the nights if I checked out early so I had to spend money on another hotel.

Had a great stay here! Close to shopping and Canal Street, also close to bars and restaurants. It’s also nice and quiet. The apartment was spacious and had great amenities! The gym and pool are awesome and I used them regularly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends
