完美的小岛，完美的酒店！房间风景美极了，可以看见宽广的大河及对面的圣马可广场。早餐很丰富，很美味，里面的工作人员都乐于助人，非常亲切，总是面带微笑，我丢了两次东西，工作人员都帮我找到了，非常感谢！！前台工作人员都很棒，特别是前台经理Elia（中文念起来像爱你呀，非常有意思）总是能细心周到的帮助解决所有麻烦，让客人可以无后顾之忧的安心度假，非常感谢！！在这里可以放松度假休闲，还可以在这里举办浪漫的婚礼，真是棒极了，七星服务，七星体验👍👍
这次来出差没想到订的酒店还挺好的，酒店工作人员非常的热情，服务态度很好，房间也很干净有机会来还会再订的。

工作人员很棒，地理位置也很好。
这栋建筑曾经是修道院，窗户狭小，房间封闭。它宽敞安静，甚至有些令人生畏。从机场叫水上出租车要600欧元，但实际上只需200欧元。我本来想坐免费渡轮去穆拉诺岛，结果酒店帮我安排了一家特定的玻璃工厂，还推荐了一家价格不菲的工坊的产品，让我没法去其他地方逛逛。毛巾又旧又沙沙作响，虽然前一天酒店告诉我可以免费坐渡轮返回圣马可广场，但我最终还是花了80欧元坐了私人水上出租车，错过了渡轮，不得不等30分钟才能等到下一班。酒店把利润置于顾客需求之上，完全不像五星级的服务。从圣马可广场出发的渡轮也没有准时到达，等了30分钟才到。
酒店地理位置优越，安静祥和，景色优美。
房间和公共区域都非常干净。
早餐种类丰富，种类繁多。
工作人员热情友好，服务周到。
我们已经开始计划下一次旅行了。😍

我爱这里，员工热情周到，设施一流，在威尼斯虽然有时会有些喧嚣，但这里却是我宁静的绿洲。酒店和庭院的一切都维护得非常好。
这家酒店就像一个梦幻般的酒店，非常棒，你不想离开酒店。
在威尼斯游览了一天后，这里是理想的下榻之地。酒店坐落在一座独立的岛屿上，设施齐全，远离喧嚣的人群，乘坐酒店提供的水上出租车只需15分钟即可到达。这里非常适合家庭入住。
各方面都很出色 - 从现在起这是我们在威尼斯最喜欢的酒店 :-)
