We love this staff, the breakfast was very good. The pool was cold but nice. The carpet in the hallways would be rated 1 star.
I would return but wear shoes in the hall way for every one. Again the entire staff, reception, breakfast attendant and cleaning staff were excellent 👌

Vanessa was extremely kind, and provided great customer service. Customer service was second to none but facility left more to be desired. Floors in room look new but there was a strong mildew odor in the room. Pillowcases were wrinkled & hand towel looked used.

I liked the Location closer to the Restaurant where I had a great dinner after hours of driving to Wilmington.
I didn't like the limitation they put on the TV sound couldn't go lower in volume. They can be more creative by providing Info about sight seeing around. Glad I enjoyed more at Wrightsville beach.

Vanessa Green, is great at what she does. She took care of us as soon as we walked in the door. I give her a 10/10. She spoke highly of the hotel and gave great places to eat. Very knowledgeable. We will be back!💚

The property was ok. The biggest issue is night one the fire alarm went off. Then no hot water. Called the front desk and was told no one else has complained. I explained we were going out and was tons someone would and fix it while we were gone. Got back and still no hot water. As we were checking out an amazing girl was shocked to hear no one had told us that there was no hot water due to a water heater issue. So three days and no hot water. Plus there was a heavy cleaner smell the whole time. Even the tv was odd because it automatically went to a volume of 76 when turned on and wouldn’t go below 13. For the money, I just wish that they had been upfront.

There was on positive and that was the young lady to the left that checked me in.
I had issues with tv and internet not working and the other young lady (Looks Puerto Rican hung up on me and then apologize saying the GM told her to hang up and be rude. She seems to be under horrible manager and once I talked to him, he felt bad that the items weren't functioning in my room then says "You can check out and leave knowing all other hotels were booked elsewhere, then he bragged about owning plenty of other hotels. Hilton should really investigate this guy. I will not deal with disrespect and one day he could pay the ultimate price trying to talk down on someone.
