酒店回复: I would like to clarify a few points with precision, since accuracy appears to be necessary here.First, at no time did our Front Desk Manager “blow you off.” She merely stated the factual reality: With the exception of the one noise complaint you reported none of the concerns you described were ever reported during your stay. These issues surfaced only after your departure, when you chose to post a review rather than communicate with staff who were readily available to assist you at any time. When you reported that noise complaint it was handled by our front desk agent promptly and professionally with no further noise issues correct? Second, your remark implying that our guests are “questionable” is both unfounded and inappropriate. You checked in on Monday, 11/17/2025, alongside many of our long-term returning guests and hardworking construction professionals who stay with us weekly to support their families and contribute to this community. Casting judgment on individuals you do not know says far more about you than it does about them or us. I have personally reviewed every hotel photo across all platforms. Every image accurately represents our property. If you believe otherwise, you are welcome to provide specific examples, and I will address them immediately. Until then, your claim remains unsupported.Our foremost priority has always been exceptional guest service. Had any of the issues you now describe been reported at the time, each would have been handled promptly and thoroughly. Instead, you elected not to communicate, and then criticized the outcome of your own silence.I truly do regret that you did not enjoy your stay and felt the need to attack and belittle us instead of communicating with our management team about a possible resolution. We would have been and are always more than willing to help in whatever capacity we can.
