Pool says out of service until further notice and that’s one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Shower in our room has mold on the walls. Trash cans on outside of building by doors look old and broken

Rooms were not very clean. I heard the staff say both housekeepers called out. Pool was closed. Breakfast was very limited. Ok if you’re just coming through and need a place to crash for a night, but not more than that.

Friendly staff. Had sinus issues every day after a night in the room. Guessing room a/c filters have NEVER been serviced.

Hotel felt dirty. The first room we were assigned had not been cleaned. The second room smelled like old smoke and the windows did not open. The pool and hot tub were broken the entire time we were there. Not a great experience.

The worst part was you doubled or tripled the price and when we arrived we didn’t have a choice as far as where to stay definitely not a 5 star hotel

The hotel staff was not very pleasant. Didn’t greet when arrived. Inside was hot and humid. We were not advised as to when breakfast was. Food was cold and coffee cold.
