When we entered the hotel there was a sign on the entrance stating that the fire department was assessing the hotel for smoke and fire. This was pretty disconcerting. But it was late and a long travel day. We checked in and received a free upgrade to a suite that was pretty dirty and smelled like a campfire. Guessing that other rooms smelled worse due to the smoke warning. Breakfast was powdered eggs, greasy sausage and white bagels. No fruit or oatmeal.

Worse hotel i have stayed at.we were away for 2 nights of our stay and our room was never cleaned

The lobby wreaks of the smell of curry. The building is run down, and not well maintained. This was once the finest hotel in Roswell, and now it's no better than a place for a one night stand.

Lobby smells of curry. Building not well maintained. Carpets worn out and need to be replaced. Card key for door lock is hit and miss needs to be repaired. Just a cheap worn out hotel that the owners aren't taking care of. It's just sad. This was once the finest hotel in town. Now it's just another worn our poorly maintained hotel.

The breakfast was a fairly typical hotel breakfast. They had eggs, sausage, waffles plus some other prepackaged items.
Our biggest concern was the smell! We went and bought Frebreeze and managed to bear it. The hallway carpets were dirty and there was no one there cleaning so I assume that was status quo. There was a sign “Pool closed” on the only pool.
I couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Outter security door was blocked open. EVEN AFTER I COMPLAINWD 4 TIMES!!!! Saw2 cockroaches running around. I want a full refund!!!!!!

Pool says out of service until further notice and that’s one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Shower in our room has mold on the walls. Trash cans on outside of building by doors look old and broken

Rooms were not very clean. I heard the staff say both housekeepers called out. Pool was closed. Breakfast was very limited. Ok if you’re just coming through and need a place to crash for a night, but not more than that.
