We loved this hotel-we had such a nice room and it was spotless! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent!

Quick check in. Staff very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was very good with plenty of selections. Hotel was clean. Didn’t use pool, spa or fitness center but they were available. Surrounding area from hotel had plenty of restaurants and basic shopping. Only complaints would be water pressure in shower and smell of towels. Water pressure issue might have been room specific because when you switched from spout to shower, water came out both. As far as towels, I’m not sure what their being washed with but the had a very foul smell. Overall though we were very happy with the hotel and would stay again.

When we got to our hotel at 7pm and unloaded half of our stuff and ate some food. I did a check of the room to make sure it was clean as i checked the king bed there were ***** under there. Went and told staff right away and they said we could get a refund for 1 of the nights we are staying. We checked out and no refund said had to talk to the boss and might get an email. We checked in friday and still have not heard anything by Tuesday afternoon. Dissapointed in the stay

Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool towels had a strong ammonia smell. Our room smelled a little wet/musty as well, but was clean overall! Breakfast was good. We liked the eggs & other hot options. Doors were a little hard to open (side door entrance as well as room door). Beds were very comfortable!

Breakfast could have more choices, the little refrigerator in the room didn’t cool that good, but everything thing else was good! The staff were very pleasant! 😁

When we got into our room there was a “box” of some sort on the chair that was plugged in and a faint smell
After the air conditioner ran for a while the smell got worse.
We fell asleep and both woke up in the middle of the night with difficulty breathing, coughing, nausea and tightness in our chest.
I went to the front desk and was told that the box was an ionizer that they used to kill germs and viruses.
They had us swap rooms at 2AM and the new room was better. But we are both still coughing .
I went back to the bad room in the morning to make sure we didn’t leave anything and the smell was so strong I almost puked.
I cannot believe they put us on a room that had an air conditioner that was doing this.
Also, when I asked to talk to a manager, I was told he would not be in until the afternoon and he would contact me. He didn’t!!
Also one couple with our group had a room where the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and there was fecal matter all over.
They also got a new room, but apparently putting guests in good rooms initially is not important
