Room was clean and spacious with good amenities. Breakfast was good - bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and other items. Very friendly staff.
Only issue was I paid in advance and then was charged again upon arrival. Still trying to get a refund for the second charge. Requires manager who is not very available.

My stay at this hotel was good as always. The hotel was clean with a pleasant smell. My room was clean and comfortable. All staff that I came in contact with was friendly and pleasant to speak with.

Loved it!
Best western in yazoo city was top tier. My family and I enjoyed our stay. They also provided breakfast! The staff was awesome from morning shift throughout night shift! The facility was clean and welcoming! We will for sure book with them on our next stay! Thanks Best Western for making a place away from home, feel like home!

I didn't like the 3:00 check in on my first night after working 8 hrs and driving 6 from Texas expecting to be able to check in no later than 1 but instead I was finally checked in at 4 something ,but I rent the same room my girlfriend paid for with my account ,so I didn't have to wait again

The front desk was very kind. I had my 71 year old mother in law with me and found out there were no elevators. This should be disclosed in the advertisement. It was very difficult trying to get luggage up flights of stairs with a senior citizen with knee replacement
