Great location, clean and quiet, and a friendly staff. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast area had offerings for everyone. Thus unit would have earned a fifth star if it had an elevator.

smoke detectors tend to go off randomly! also, someone asked a question regarding to your fire exit stairwells! are they 1/2, West/East, North/South, or A/B? this is because we need to know what side of the hotel we're in case if a fire occurs!

I've seen pretty mixed reviews about this place and while I personally never stayed, I left a question the other day regarding to your exit stairwells! in case if a fire happens, are your exit stairwells 1/2, West/East, North/South, or A/B? the reason I asked this in this section is because the question box seems to be broken or something like that! I went to Hampton Inn instead for my Yazoo city trip! if you can answer my question regarding to your fire stairwells, that would be great!

This place had a good rating but we found it to be very disappointing. When we checked in we were told the bottom floor was all booked and there was no elevator. What...well it's a good thing we didn't need to have an elevator but we didn't know that when we booked online. The room was ok, nice bed with a sofa and the room seemed clean. When we tried to use the exercise room, we couldn't get in and had to get the front desk gal to open it, which was ok. But the remote for the tv didn't work; and the gal at the front didn't know what to do. Then breakfast was disappointing; there were eggs, bacon, pancakes. No butter, no bread for toast, and no cereal. I had to ask for the coffee to be refilled after the gal made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. I would not recommend this hotel even though it has the Best Western name. There's not much of a choice in Yazoo City and this is the best hotel if you stop.
