酒店回复: Dear guest. We are sorry you felt staff was rude when you arrived with 5 adults instead of the amount indicated. It is ******* policy and hotel policy to charge for the extra adult guests you brought. You insisted on an ocean view room but you did not want to pay the difference from the standard room you reserved. We are sorry that you feel this is being rude. You asked for a ground floor room which staff provided and we saw you and your four other guests at breakfast which you enjoyed the egg omelettes, pancakes, sausage,bagels and cream cheese, fresh muffins from our local bakery, toast, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee and juice. You said everything was great with your stay upon leaving and we directed you to the sea otter viewing area and beach to enjoy with your group. WE hope to see you again on a future stay.

客户服务很好，员工也很乐于助人。酒店地理位置优越，靠近海湾和海滩。房间很干净，就是浴室有点小。
这家酒店还可以，我们一共在一号公路上停留了两个晚上，带着孩子去的，设施还可以，酒店服务员态度很好，酒店对得起这个价格。
被子不够。没有沐浴露。
