Time of breakfast was not mentioned at check in and the clock in the room was 1 hour behind - we were traveling from a different time zone and thought the clock was correct. Unfortunately we missed breakfast. Room was clean but smelled moldy. Pictures of room showed LVL flooring - ours had carpet.

The was clean and quiet. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the sink had a huge crack in it. Even though it was repaired, it would have been better to just replace it or at least repaint it so it would be all white again. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

总的来说，酒店干净舒适。床很舒服，枕头也各式各样。
环保方面，三星。热水需要很长时间。如果算上每位客人每天浪费的水量，那真是太浪费了。请改进！
房间很脏，很吵，而且我们被告知早餐时间好几次，但我们根本没吃到！泳池区的浴室脏得要命。对这家贝斯特韦斯特酒店非常失望。
大堂家具需要更换。房间家具也需要更换。整个外部都需要修剪和清洁。外观很糟糕。宠物太老了，没有地方上厕所。
没住过这家酒店，位置不好，感觉不安全！已经开始申请旅行保险了，因为酒店不肯赔！
