We had a great stay. Breakfast options are amazing. We were put in a handicap room with a kitchenette, which is great but it was not clean. Parking is limited and full of ATT work trucks. Parking requires a pass displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle.

Power went out in our room 2 different times for no reason. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Room was to be cleaned every other day. The one day they only picked up towels. Room felt dirty and the carpet had a big rip on it. Comforter was dirty.

There was definitely dry blood in the middle of my floor, and blood droplets on the bottom, half of the other bed that I wasn’t sleeping in. The lock almost locked me in and out of my own room. But the hotel staff was friendly and accommodated.

We were moving from Pittsburgh to Charleston SC and needed a place to stay while our new place was getting prepared....just the ticket for me, my wife and our Lab...thanks.

Never stayed at a town plaza before, but I would stay again really like the idea of a washer and dryer available and the full kitchen and the double queen room was I added surprise even had a dishwasher very nice rooms very comfortable beds clean and I felt safe with me and my two granddaughters
