Our room keys continuously didn’t work, having to go back to front desk. Comments made by staff about keeping them to close to our cell phones even though they were not, felt like we were being lectured. Garbage piled up out front, overflowing. Dirty. Surprising for a Best Western.

Loved the corner jacuzzi tub. Roomy and clean room. Didn't use the pool/whirlpool. Breakfast was good and busy.

We always stay here when we visit Edmonton, which is twice a year. The staff are awesome, the rooms are generous and always clean, but I think the breakfast room is the best one we have ever experienced! By far! We are always comparing hotel breakfast rooms by the Best Western Plus Sherwood Park. And this hotel wins every time.

Do better.
Very disappointed by our last stay, bed was awful, dire need to be replaced, major body sag. But the worst part was they did NOTHING when brought to their attention. Won’t be back.

We had a problem with our room felt the staff should have been more helpful. They are pleasant. Contacted the GM and was glad he helped out and understood our concerns and frustrations
