Everything was top notch as what you would expect staying at a Hyatt property. The location was perfect for what we needed and the staff were professional and courteous. Very good breakfast and the parking garage was a plus.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was very clean and spacious.
Could use some kind of night light as the room is very dark at night so a night light would be helpful if you need to potty during the night.

早餐太简单。远赶不上附近学校普通餐厅的简易自助早餐。房间第一天后没有打扫（也行，不受影响）。游泳池说是温水，冬季没有开。早知道不会选这个。
挺好的，不过如果泳池能再大点就更好了。

房间很大 设施一般 淋浴头不能调节

入住很方便。大堂和房间都很干净。因为床只提供羽绒枕头和羽绒被套，所以我们需要一些其他的床上用品。我们给前台打了电话，几分钟内就有人过来给我们全部更换了。我本来想帮忙，但她只是示意我不用管。我肯定只会给她添乱，哈哈。

员工很棒，有往返纳什维尔市中心的班车。休息室的食物很好，有娱乐活动，而且能遇到友好的客人一起聊天。
