it was really good however disappointed that the hot tub was not working and out of order.. would have been nice to know at time of checkin

Terrible, staff was unhelpful in the morning, shower didn't work at all and had to get dressed, go downstairs and get new keys and move rooms 30 mins before I had to leave. Asked staff to bring it up and they refused. Complained to front desk and she didn't even acknowledge it and asked if I wanted a printed receipt or email. Place is terrible and would never go back.
When I checked in there was a huge stain in the room and I told the staff and her comments were oh don't worry about it. After that my TV didn't work and I asked to be moved and instead had to sit there while 2 staff members tried to fix the TV and when they couldn't after 15 mins. Let me move to another room.
If you can stay somewhere else.

Toilet paper
Given that this hotel charged over $200 a night, I wax expecting better service and facility. There was not enough toilet paper in the bathroom and had to call reception to ask for more. Sounds like something so basic was not taken into consideration.

Continental Breakfast was one of the better ones👍 I think beds need to be replaced, 401 are not comfortable at all and are probably the original ones from the time the hotel opened.

The beds were small, certainly didn’t appear queen sized, and not particularly comfortable. The outlets next to the bed in the lamp were non-functional.
But the room was clean and the hotel has very good breakfast options. It was a decent stay for one night but overpriced in my opinion.
