总而言之,这次住宿体验很棒。我还会再来。或许可以早点入住。
这次入住最让我不满意的是房间里有蟑螂。我没法跟管理层反映我的担忧。我朋友被告知他们会给我打电话,但我根本没接到。对于处理蟑螂问题的服务非常失望!
入住时,房间空调下面积了一大滩水,我们换了另一个房间,两个房间都有一股难闻的气味。枕头很平,而且是12x12英寸的,而不是普通的床枕。早餐不错。
房间干净舒适。淋浴提供充足的热水,水流良好。床很舒服。早餐是类似酒店的典型早餐选择。我们遇到了一个大问题。我们订了一间带沙发床的房间,因为我们需要空间。不幸的是,沙发床坏了,我们一行中的一个人最终睡在房间地板上的床垫上。我觉得这完全不能接受。除此之外,我们的状态很好。
我们预订了两间双人床房。两间房间都有异味。羽绒被不干净,床单和枕头上都有污渍,给人一种不干净的感觉。
