I checked in into room 102 and there was a rotten apple with mold all over it by my bed, the staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful and did move me to another room quickly. However, the room had a moldy smell, and there was mildew spots in the shower… I just dealt with it for one night me and my son were exhausted traveling from California

Room was nice and clean. They gave us a 1st floor room. Worked out perfect for our pet. By an exit door.

Check in took forever. They charged us $150.00 deposit in case we damage or steal anything. They ended up withdrawing $450. Staff didn’t know how to fix it. Had to call credit card machine company to get it fixed. Husband spilt tea on floor accidentally and used a towel to clean it up instead of leaving it. They charged us $25. Lots of homeless. Food and coffee was cold. Staff wouldn’t let us talk to Nancy.
