Very comfortable bed, good breakfast, clean room and helpful staff. Be sure to try Koreana restaurant, a short walk from hotel. Wasn’t expecting excellent Korean food in Winnemucca!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very nice. Bathtub was very slippery and I didn't see the bath mat until afterwards. No restaurant or bar, and the buffet breakfast is a pass, but kids may like it. They are pet friendly but I don’t know how well advertised that is. It's very convenient to get to, but there's not much in the close surrounding area.

Quiet. Friendly staff. Well kept. I travelled here with two big dogs and it was seamless. There is a small area where there are doggie bags, not a lot of area to walk two big dogs but it was doable. I will definitely stay here on my return!

酒店没有洗衣设施，房间很干净但家具比较旧。
这家酒店虽然评价很高，但存在一个重大问题：广告上说是“禁烟”酒店……根本不是！
房间很干净，浴室设施也很齐全，但这并不能掩盖房间里弥漫着一股浓烈的烟味，就像装满陈年雪茄、沾满口水的烟灰缸一样。
我们不得不整晚开着窗户睡觉，而且酒店旁边就是一条比较繁忙的街道。
既然这里是个赌城，那就再试试其他标榜“禁烟”的酒店吧。
房间和图片上的完全不一样。从我们办理入住的那一刻起，一切都很糟糕。床太硬了，泳池和其他酒店共用，客房服务也只是换换垃圾桶里的垃圾袋和浴室里的旧毛巾。这个价格根本不值我们周末住的价钱。
我遇到过最差劲的员工。
由于搬家卡车抛锚，我们入住时间非常晚（实际上是早上），他们竟然试图把我们的房间转卖出去，还说房间已经不属于我们了，尽管房费是预付的，而且不可退款。他们坚持要求我们准时退房，不肯延期。事情就是这样。
当时正值热浪来袭，我的货物对温度很敏感。我要求将我的预订转移到太浩湖地区的另一家Best Western酒店，这样我就不会因为住在温尼穆卡而损坏我的货车里的货物。结果没成功——既不退款，也不找零。我知道这是我自己的选择，但……我觉得这样的定价有点太不公平了。
工作人员态度很不友好。浴室很脏。浴缸根本没清洗。非常失望。
