We had 2 beds. That should be for 4people. We only had 2 sets of towels. Of course there were 4 coffee cups. They use bottled soaps but ours were empty in the shower. The beds were too hard

I left this stay feeling extremely disappointed. From the moment we arrived, things were off. We showed up early and simply asked if the room was ready. Instead of a clear answer, we were told check-in wasn’t until 3 PM. Only after asking again did they mention the room was ready but would require a $33 early check-in fee. We were fine paying, but the way it was communicated made us feel like we were bothering them.
Our room was never cleaned, even though we were out for hours. When I called, the front desk immediately suggested we had a “Do Not Disturb” sign up, which we did not. Then they claimed housekeeping must be requested—something never mentioned at check-in, not posted anywhere, and not listed in hotel info. When I questioned this, the explanation suddenly changed. Their own website even states daily housekeeping, which contradicts everything we were told.
They said they could send housekeeping now but only if we left the room, which wasn’t helpful at that point as we were already settling in for the evening
I asked to speak with a manager and was told none were on duty but one would be in at 8 AM. When I checked out and asked again, I was told no manager was available until the afternoon. I requested a call from management but still haven’t heard anything.
Overall, the poor communication, inconsistent information, and lack of accountability made this stay far more stressful and disappointing than it should have been.

So much noise really early in the morning. I was on the bottom floor, because I am handicapped but the staff was really rowdy.
And in the cafeteria they seemed like they were bothered by my husband & I being there, they wanted to know our room number, and they acted suspicious about us staying there. As if not to believe we had. They spoke Spanish to one another but very loud for 7:30 in the morning,I travel a lot & have had many experiences with complimentary breakfast environment, none like this, then one of them began to sing a song in Spanish really loud over the t.v. They insisted on cleaning my little table where I sat it was a duece, only seats two, and there cleaning products were so strong, ammonia of some sort, but I’m trying to eat my eggs & toast. They could have waited until I was finished. They were in a big hurry to cycle people through. My husband & I are retired & this is a working hotel, lots of construction workers, it’s busselling, next time I would ask to be in the back part of the hotel because we like to sleep until 10:00. Over all the staff was pleasant. And I would like to note that I am Mexican.

Clean room, kind staff, good breakfast, beds were ok.. some small things needed fixing... blowdryer was loud and ready to fall off the wall. But all in all a good stay.

They need more working lights in parking lot & there is a Dennys sign in picture and neon sign but the restraunt has been closed.The staff is very helpful.

The room was ok. But I needs new sheets. The fire place door was previously broken and feel off as you open it- needs to be repaired. The shower has a drip around the seal and shoots water up on the ceiling- need to be repaired.

We tried to check in at 1:50 in the afternoon. We were told our room was ready but there would be a $33.00 ‘early check in fee’. That’s outrageous and reason enough in my book to boycott the place.
