Had to get a refund. Front desk guy was nice though. Had to request 3 different rooms and all 3 were filthy. 1 room smelled like cigarettes and all 3 had stains and bed bugs-like droppings/blood. Ended up going to a Hilton hotel which I should’ve booked in the first place.

We found out the pool was only for condo owners at the property instead of allowing hotel guests to use as well. There was almost no handicap parking and if there was the spots were already full. The garage was full and I had to sometimes park in their overflow. I have POTS, hence why I needed the handicap parking. Our room was extremely clean and we appreciated that, however the shower had a gap and water kept splashing out from under. There was also little to no room for us to put our toiletries in the shower. I did wish there was a lil more water pressure but it was a good hot shower either way. Beds were comfortable. I am normally not the person to complain about anything, I normally don’t say anything but I’m just mixed about all of this because of everything.

We do have handicap parking on several levels of the garage as well as in the overflow lot, though availability can vary depending on how many guests need those spots.We appreciate your comments about the shower and our maintenance team has since looked into and resolved that. Staff was very nice. I liked having a restaurant in the hotel and the menu was pretty extensive. Breakfast was free, tasty, and a fairly good variety. Room was clean. King bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping comes every 3 days although they keep extra towels, soap, etc at the front desk.

Hotel is outdated and rooms are very stuffy. Pool is only available for residents. Hotel is located in very convenient spot. However, the overall appearance, quality, and cleanliness is very lack luster.

My reservation was not in the hotel system and after about 40 minutes of waiting we were finally checked in. TV was not working, AC not working on auto, elevator not working. Will not stay here again!

The TV’s cable box just needed a reset, and we didn’t find any malfunction with the AC’s automatic setting, though I understand it may not have worked properly for you at the time. Regarding the elevator, we do have multiple elevators in the building, but one went out of service during the severe weather. While the other elevator remained operational, it may have caused longer wait times, and I apologize for that inconvenience.We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future.

Easy and friendly check in. Able to check in early day of arrival. Older hotel but clean and comfortable. Spacious room. Nice breakfast. Very convenient to Lakeside mall, nearby restaurants. Easy to get into New Orleans from this location. Parking is a little confusing at first but has a garage and it’s free, unlike hotels in the city.

Ok stay.
Room was clean besides hair on bed comforter and towels. A lot of missing paint. Hotel a bit outdated.
Tv color stayed blue. It couldn’t be fixed. Smoke alarm went off until we removed it for the night.
