An overall great stay. Very friendly staff at front desk and around the hotel with the exception of one of the breakfast attendants who was bad mouthing guests. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking a little cramped, but plenty of spaces available even with the hotel being fully booked. Comfortable and clean rooms.
Breakfast was decent, but many things were out with plenty of breakfast time left.
Hotel is very conveniently located for many things. Close to a mall with good food options, and not a long drive to New Orleans.

Every person we encountered was friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was much better than anticipated. The hotel was clean, parking was easy, and there are several options for dining within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again if visiting the area.

然而，早餐区却是一个很大的缺点；考虑到客人众多，卫生状况实在令人不敢恭维。
卫生标准亟待改进！一名员工在更换并触摸了（已经很脏的）垃圾桶后，竟然没有戴手套，也没有洗手，就直接处理第二天要用的餐巾纸、餐具等！
请注意，工作人员只会在正式用餐结束前 5 到 10 分钟才开始清理和整理，或者停止补充用品。如果您想吃培根，就必须（毫不夸张地说）在早餐刚开始供应时就到，因为他们根本不会补充培根。
