The king suite was very clean, tidy and spacious for my husband and I! We did travel with our two dogs to this location. The staff was absolutely great with accommodating us! There was only one staff member who made us feel uncomfortable about our stay. Matell I believe his name was. I informed the staff that we needed fresh towels in our room and that our dogs would be in the room when they brought us new ones. Our dogs barked when the staff came in to provide us with the towels. We received a phone call from Matell to inform us that our dogs were barking and that “after 3 barks” the dogs could not be on the property. I came to the front desk to ask for the pet policy that I did sign and confirmed that this was not true. Dogs will be dogs and bark when someone they do not know comes into their room. The attitude we received about this minor issue is why I will not be coming back.
But shoutout to the other amazing staff for their hospitality!!

My family and I had such a wonderful experience during our stay! From the moment we arrived, every staff member we met was welcoming and kind. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and I really appreciated how accommodating everyone was — even when I needed extra towels and washcloths late at night.
The breakfast was hot, fresh, and full of options for everyone in my family. My husband has a gluten sensitivity, and it meant a lot that he could still enjoy a great meal with plenty of choices. The pool was perfectly warm and clean, which made it a relaxing way to unwind with our kids.
What stood out most was the genuine care from the staff — like when I realized I forgot my toothbrush and they provided one for free with a smile. It’s the small things like that that make a big difference. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

I stayed on the 1st floor. The people above me was heard stomping while they walked back and forth across the floor an excessive amount of the time. Also, early (around 6am) there was a lot of noise above me and in the hallway as what it seemed like men leaving for work! Loud talking, doors slamming, etc. I could not get a peaceful sleep!

They stay was pretty good. We were missing towels and rags in our room. It was really peacefully and was able to get some rest. The hotel was really convenient and close to stores and shopping areas. The breakfast was okay, the juice was hot which pissed us off and there were no options for almond milk. I will stay here again.
