拿到房间钥匙后去了二楼，钥匙却不能用。重新设置了密码，还是不行。经理上来用她的钥匙开了门。又给了我一副钥匙，但还是不能用。每次出门都要家人开门。停车场的侧门关不上锁，所以安全性不太好。不过，有门禁的停车场是个优点。走廊地板很脏，制冰机坏了。早餐还可以，但座位很少。工作人员很友好，试图帮我解决钥匙问题，直到我放弃。我告诉他们，问题出在门上，而不是钥匙上。

不太满意，还好我们只住了一晚！浴室里全是水，淋浴从四面八方喷水，浴缸底部漏水，马桶漏水很多（持续漏水+每次冲水时水管都会喷出）！简而言之，我们洗完澡后放回的干净床单都湿透了。我通知了接待处的那位女士，她对这个问题非常漠不关心。我想烘干我们的衣服，每台烘干机要 2.5 美元，但酒店甚至不为我们的 5 美元兑换！所以我们带着湿衣服离开。早餐，法式香草咖啡是热水，橙汁是橙味水，酸奶是凝乳液。剩下的午餐还不错，但是早上8:30就没有鸡蛋了，工作人员回应说他们不会再煮鸡蛋了，因为早上9点就关门了。清洁女工在上午 8:30 到 9:30 之间来敲门两次，询问我们是否要离开，尽管我们直到上午 11 点才离开。我们早上10点就出发了！停车很安全。
