The place really needs updating. The pool area was totally trashed. This place really needs major refinishing. My father inlaw stayed in a room next to the ice machine and it smelled like mildew. Was a horrible place for him.

Front desk staff was nice. Room was adequate, felt dated but clean. Bed was super comfortable. The big negative- taking a cold shower isn't pleasant and we had no hot water in the morning. It wasn't just our room because people in the dining area were complaining of their cold showers. Breakfast was ok. The hot food was barely warm and selection is limited, but it was enough to get us out the door without needing more food.

St. Robert’s Mo location
It was a good value for the price. The bed was very comfortable. The outlet for the air conditioner was hanging out of the wall a little. I didn’t like that I could see light from the outside around the door. Also the way the curtains were the air blew straight into the curtain. The staff was very friendly and I was pleasantly surprised by the options for breakfast. The eggs were a little rubbery but everything else was good.

The AC cover was falling off the TV kept messing up and they wouldn't work with me on paying for exstra time I was willing to pay for exstra time

Overall we had a decent experience. The staff was nice and polite as they tried to explain my unexpected fees due to my kids ages. The room was nice and clean at first glance. However my son did get bit by bed bugs. Didn't get a chance to tell the hotel staff due to the fact that my son was being a kid and didn't say anything by check out.

The location lacked had an unpleasant smell and people hanging around the property upon arrival. I didn't end up staying at this location as a result. Additionally, the location advertised a swimming pool in the photos but did not disclose that the pool was not functioning. My family and I decided to stay at another hotel based on our experience upon arrival at Best Western.

This place is tucked away just off the highway smack in-between a cute roadside trinket shop and a little restaurant. I stayed here so I could see my husband graduate BCT and the manager seems to be an absolute darling of a gentleman. He allowed us an early check in but my husband I had time to kill so we parked in the lot for a bit to wait and he came to see if we were okay and even came out to get us when my room was ready. He chit chatted about his family of which he seems incredibly proud and I, personally, love a family run business so he definitely sent the wholesome meter skyrocketing. The property itself is nice and the lobby looked recently renovated or at the very least just super clean and welcoming. I'd rate it a 10/10 and will definitely be staying here again when I go back for my husbands AIT graduation.

Part of the ceiling over the tub fell. They said they have a pool and it the pool was empty and looked like it hadn't been used in a long time.

Comfy and clean
No bed bugs, no bad smell, comfy beds, cold ac, mini fridge, microwave, friendly service at front desk, ok breakfast, clean desk area, and TV! No complaints here. It was just fine for my family and I! Thank you!
