Overall it was a nice experience during the stay. Rooms are neat and clean. Basic amenities are provided and rest upon request. In this budget rooms like these with breakfast included is an amazing deal. Descent spread of items for the breakfast. What impressed me the most is actually the staff. The way they attend the guest and their behaviour is really appreciable. Keep up the good work team. Only one concern is the twin joint beds, seperation in between make a slight discomfort in the sleep. Overall very happy with the stay looking forward to coming back.

Extremely pleasant and helpful, the place wins on its staff and that's the best thing about it. The rooms are a decent size and clean. Where do they lose? The linen. All I can say is that if you've booked in here do check the linen and have it changed if it's needed. The bedsheets and pillow covers were clean but I happened to have a look at the blanket in my parents' room and that's not a sight that I would like to see again. The breakfast is good but not made at the hotel, so if you are looking at an early check out please inform the staff well in advance.

Excellent city stay for one night. Breakfast was amazing, traditional Kerala breakfast and also western options too. Room was comfortable and bed was big.

Wifi was of very poor quality. Continuosly diconnecting from the network. Issues in bathroom like , hot water issue, and the flush was not working well. Overall all other things were upto mark. Very helpfull staff and really close to metro, railway, marine drive etc.

Clean, Tidy and hospitable staff for assistance. Bed length is small for anyone who is more than 5’8” in height. Poor wifi reception 1 towel for 2 people - Could have arranged accordingly Breakfast -Refill is very slow -People using hand to take bread and to toast. -Very less chairs and table

Very nice hotel.good ambience and breakfast was very good well organized. Dinners are not available currently which can be a draw back. Rest every was excellent and can try for a good premium experience.
