The hotel is little bit outskirts of lonavla on the highway .. overall beautifully located . However we have faced severe air conditioning issue which eventually made us change the room . The hotel is spacious and have swimming pool and other amenities. Buffet food is limited and food quality is good Z overall good experience other than the ac issue

2_they did not allowing to eat in their dinning area as we did not choose their buffe altough we ordered the food from their restaurant/menu.
3. They did not allow to cut the cake in dinning area.
4. They are food service is extremely slow.
5. We complaint but they didn't bother.
6. Room and locatin is good
7. Over all hotel price is costly in compare to their service, facility ,etc

I had a pleasant stay. The cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms were commendable. One thing to note is that the menu prices seemed high. If you're not planning to eat out, the buffet option is likely a more economical choice."

Everything very nice, food quality, staff behaviour, room service, location, cleaning all are very high quality. If will go again then definitely we will stay here. Need only some improvement in game zone area and also try to provide one small freeze in each room.

Although the hotel isn’t the best but the staff is truely amazing and I really liked their behaviour. They are very co-operative and understand the meaning of the word service.. kudos to each one of you

It was good but not as I was expecting bed was not good it was divided between one single bed. Bed was not comfortable.All night I was suffering with the ac sometimes feeling hot sometimes feeling cold and I couldn’t sleep because of mosquito as well. The food was good but very expensive. No alcohol to chill. Not maintained properly. The property was small.

this was worst hotel i stayed in... there was no double bed in hotel.. they just clubbed 2 single bed and double bed is ready lol...
in night if you slip in gap between 2 beds then be ready for neck or back pain...
No Proper person at swimming pool... I have seen some college couple group directly jumping in the swimming pool by wearing shoes so if your having kids don't ever think of entering the swimming pool, you don't know which infection you can get...
I have seen 1 couple was arguing for receiving expired first aid kit...
you can get Buffett food on lunch but in actual it is night only.

Checkin is at 2pm and checkout is at 12pm, rooms and nice and big enough, instead of double mattress they should have king size mattress. There was a cockroach in room but they immediately gave a different room. Ala carte was good for lunch, dinner buffet and breakfast we booked in advance, suggest to do the same. Pool is clean however the indoor games need maintenance and attention by the hotel. Garden is good.
