The hotel is newer. The rooms were clean with a very comfortable mattress. The breakfast was good with lots of options. Parking was easy and the laundry facilities were good.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sleep Inn & Suites Chiloquin-Crater Lake Junction. The staff is friendly and professional. The hot breakfast was excellent. The place is clean and provided everything we needed for our two-night stay while visiting Crater Lake National Park. We also visited a Guiness Book of Records Train Mountain Railroad Museum that is about three miles away from the hotel - a very cute place.

I booked this hotel because we were visiting Crater Lake NP. I enjoy day hiking, but like a comfortable and nice place to relax at the end of the day. This hotel was clean, cozy and relaxing. I’m very happy with the choice I made and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is similar in needing a nice place to unwind and rest. The lady at the front desk when I arrived later at night was very friendly too. Easy trip to Crater Lake from this hotel.

We stayed for three nights in the hotel as part of our exploration of Crater Lake NP and the surrounding area. The hotel is quite new, very clean and the staff were friendly. My only negative comments would be the AC was noisy and there was a bit of road noise from the nearby highway.

My family stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Crater Lake National Park. The hotel is very clean and appeared to be relatively new. Our room (located on the 1st floor) was nicely appointed and quite roomy for the 3 of us. We had a small fridge, microwave, and free WiFi (measured at upload 8.5 mbps, download 4.5 mbps). The hotel also has an indoor pool and hot tub. Free hot breakfast served in the lobby area starting at 6 am. There is a small ****** (with a restaurant) just across the parking lot as well as truck stop center with gas, snacks, and fast food. Pros: - Friendly and helpful staff - Quiet stay - Cold air conditioner - Free hot breakfast - Close to truck stop with market Cons: - Fridge didn't have a freezer section - Maid staff didn't clean our room I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Crater Lake National Park.

We had an awesome two-night stay at the Sleep Inn & Suites Chiloquin-Crater Lake Junction. The hotel is spotless, and the staff is incredibly helpful—like having personal concierges with a PhD in local knowledge! They were super knowledgeable about the history of the Klamath, Modoc, and Yahooskin Tribes (and by the way, they’re not on a reservation). They even gave us insider tips on Crater Lake, from the best scenic spots to park ranger activities. Breakfast? Delicious, and it comes with a side of helpful info! The staff explained everything like pros—I'm pretty sure they could lead a Crater Lake tour if they wanted to! Overall, clean, friendly, and culturally enriching. Plus, supporting the tribes while staying here? Total win-win! Highly recommend!

It's a very clean property and the staff are lovely. The breakfast was better than most of these types of places, especially the scrambled eggs and waffles. The food at the ****** is terrific, although the atmosphere is lacking. The bedroom windows need soundproofing. The road traffic is quite loud.
酒店房间很干净舒适,挺安静,餐厅不大,早上8点30就餐人比较多,要稍微等下桌子,整体入住感觉不错,距离火山口湖一个小时左右车程,旁边就是加油站,很方便
