酒店超预期，安静，卫生，服务也好，尤其是令人印象深刻的大堂特别气派。
安静，适合度假和放空一下。
类似于宫殿设计，夜景很美。
酒店泳池很干净，方方正正特别大气。
第五次来巴厘岛，第一次住凯宾斯基，没有失望。酒店宏伟大气，细节又处理的很好。小朋友们喜欢kids ckub 还免费参观了海底餐厅。 早餐也挺丰盛和精致，服务人员态度都挺好。好评！还会二刷的酒店。
酒店非常的棒，是我们这次巴厘岛出行最满意的一个酒店。
他的大堂是处于最高位，所有的房间都是从大堂往下走。所以站在大堂就可以整个看到酒店的全景。是一个绝对对称的建筑。中间是公共区域，游泳池，餐厅等等，两边都是酒店客房。
住这个酒店最舒服的就是全天都在酒店待着。早上吃完早餐就去游泳池玩玩。这个游泳池是带滑滑梯的。然后小孩还可以去儿童俱乐部里边很多玩具也可以托管。
中午可以在酒店有四五家餐厅选一家吃完饭。回酒店房间休息一下。下午继续去泳池或者去海边玩一玩。
在酒店里边到处都是很细节的处理。从视觉到味道再到温度调整的都非常好。
几年前住过隔壁的希尔顿，因为浪太大不好下海游泳所以沿着海滩走到了有防浪堤的凯宾斯基这边游泳。这次带家人来旅游特地选了这家酒店。
住的几天早餐都在别墅区的行政酒廊吃，自助选择不算太多，点餐的菜单基本都吃了一遍，都挺好吃的。我们带了六岁的小孩也没让我们补早餐钱。
minibar有送饮料，坚果，果干，零食，每天都会补充一次，坚果和菠萝蜜干别好吃，超出预期。
我们住的别墅靠近马路，二楼视野很好，但是缺点是半夜二楼的房间可以听到路上的摩托的轰鸣声。如果对静谧性有要求的话建议提前和酒店沟通。
总体来说我们一家人在这里度过了美好的假期，感谢所有工作人员
房间很舒服，酒店里可以玩一整天，卫生还不错，但是第二天发现被子有污渍，蛮脏的，反映之后，马上有人来换了，床围大可不必安装，形同虚设，掉下来两次，不过床也够大。不过，总体还是很舒服的，日料餐厅很棒，推荐，白云感觉一般。
巴厘岛落地后的第一家酒店，离机场半小时车程。酒店很大，有私人沙滩，可以玩那种小艇，泳池和公区也一直有人服务。早餐是实话一般，就是正常五星级酒店的水平，东西看着很多其实没啥好吃的。硬件设施和酒店环境没得说，推荐！
此次巴厘岛之旅，第一站选了凯宾斯基，非常满意,大厅非常磅礴有气势，酒店很大，住了三晚，早餐也可以。就是这个海洋阁其实就是普通房，但是那个沙发可以铺床，小孩睡睡很足够。有预算的话，建议还是住那个悬崖带泳池的房间，本来想升级房型，看了一下比携程单定贵多了，就留着以后再来住吧。
设施：基础设施绝对一流符合超五星标准，房间内基础设施精致，大牌，尤其是牙刷牙膏是我住过最舒服的，比Ayana度假村还好，泳池水温常年恒温，（虽然巴厘岛是热带地域不存在气温低，但也有20多度了冷点的时候）总之泳池很舒服，儿童乐园还不错，海滩一般
卫生：卫生还行吧，符合5星定位！
环境：环境就是那种悬崖宫殿式的，气势磅礴，独具一格，**拍照特别适合！
服务：服务是我要吐槽的，作为一家超五星酒店，与我之前住过的巴厘岛ayana和苏梅岛瓦纳百丽比，简直了，我倒不是说服务态度，巴厘岛这样的汇聚着全球一流酒店的行业，任何一家超过500人民币的酒店服务态度都是没问题的，我说的是，实实在在方便住客的服务，例如你饿了能有东西吃（我说的不是半夜12点，而是正常的用餐时间），而这里用餐必须预定，餐厅不预定就没有餐位，任何时候你都要想着我要几点吃饭，而且一旦晚了或者忘了，就来不及了，就没得吃了，就得饿肚子，或者折腾跑出去吃，我出来度假，就是要随心所欲，你可以说没有好的餐位，但是你得提供足够的餐饮支持，虽然酒店470间房间客流量比较大，但是与Ayanna整个度假园区将近1000家客房还没算别墅区，我在哪里用餐随时去随时有，只要不是什么热门的岩石酒吧这样的热门餐厅，至少保证你想吃不会饿，第二点！、Ayana的app服务真**，这么大的客流量，能做到在线及时回复，对语言不通的客人极其友好，app里面爱你还有地图，接驳车时间，预定等等等等太多了，好评，我之前住的瓦纳百丽更不用说了，价格在哪里，服务都是专人一对一，大陆的就给你加微信，中文客服一对一，那简直是天花板！
这个凯宾斯基我是抱着极大的期望去的，失望以前走了，预定4晚只住了一晚，预定不上吃饭还不是压死骆驼的最后一根稻草，我带着3岁儿子吃早饭，服务人员没有主动提供儿童餐具，导致小孩子喝牛奶时候牙齿用力了一点，玻璃杯杯壁（杯壁薄）咬碎在了口腔，小朋友不懂还咀嚼，有的碎片都咽下肚子了（说实话，我也没经验没遇到过这样的情况，以后一定主动要儿童餐具，还好最后人没事），酒店的医生也来看了，最后也道歉了，但又有什么用呢，影响我心情，换酒店办离店，选新酒店，办入住，真的就是耽误一天宝贵的度假时间，太让人失望了，没有这个服务就别接这么多家客房，接了这么多客流量，你定位收费这么贵，基本的用餐都没保障，能让客人饿肚子，满足不了这最基本的就别谈好酒店，更别谈5星级！
上述全部是客观评论，有好有坏，总之不适合我这样的度假需求！
巴厘岛值得打卡的酒店，装修非常震撼，沙滩餐厅和珊瑚餐厅非常值得打卡，游泳、沙滩、儿童游玩设施应有尽有，还有中式餐厅和日式餐厅，环境和味道都是比较好的，价位可以接受，因为我们是蜜月期，还有睡前的服务，赠送了蜜月蛋糕，很贴心很温暖❤️

从入住到退房，全程无任何瑕疵，早餐也是非常适合亚洲人的口味，在各种顶级服务加持下就想在酒店里躺平😊（被宠坏了😝）
