What stood out most during my stay at PrideInn were the friendly faces and consistent service. My room was spotless, had great lighting, working AC, and clean beddings.I interacted with Alex, Kitaa and Mercy during my stay who were very friendly and Polite. The buffet was generous, and there were both local and Indian dishes that I thoroughly enjoyed. The calm atmosphere made this hotel a great place to unwind after a long trip. Definitely 5 star.

We stayed at this hotel during our family trip, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. They had promised electric blankets and extra blankets, but none were provided when requested. To make matters worse, there were power cuts during the night, leaving us without a room heater in freezing temperatures. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in such conditions. Additionally, the food prices were unreasonably high, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. For a three-star hotel, i expected better services and more transparency. I hope they improve their facilities and service quality for future guests.

We booked ac room but we were not given ac room, instead given an old room heater. Power supply was biggest issue. Only one staff was good rest staff are pathetic. Manager was not at reception most of the time. Room are very small and have old look. Room are very dark. The telephone in room was procured from a garbage shop. Will share pic. I consider my stay at hotel as pathetic and waste of money. See the condition of telephone. A small heater was given as ac room. So shabby.
