According to our call logs and any front desk staff you might have dealt with, no noise complaints were called in to the front desk. There were also no guests in the rooms on either side of yours, so it's hard to imagine where the alleged noise was coming from. The tub drain in your room is fully operational. If you need help or have an issue next time you stay, please dial 0 from your room phone. That is the best way to reach our front desk. Our staff can show you how to use anything in the room.

地理位置优越
房间干净宽敞。酒店位置优越——前往普罗维登斯交通便利，附近有很多餐馆和商店。走廊的地毯看起来需要蒸汽清洁。我会再次预订这家酒店。
太糟糕了，我们带着 3 个孩子一起旅行，晚上 11 点，隔壁的房间太吵了，我们打电话给前台，前台什么也没做。浴缸排水管坏了。不会再住这里了，会打电话给最佳西方客户服务！
工作人员很粗鲁，一点帮助都没有！他们在退房时间之前就把我的东西从房间里拿走了，因为他们以为我已经退房了。他们没有考虑到房间里的暖气问题。天气很冷，我女儿生病了。
