Decorated for the holidays the public areas were warm and inviting. The staff was very efficient, but also pleasant and courteous. The room was comfortable. It was a pleasure to park and unload the car right by the room.

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We went out for the day, we were surprised that our bed was made and had clean towels.

Everything from the check in to the breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower hot and the appliances in working order. I appreciated the early start to breakfast as it allowed me to make an earlier departure.

This was our second stay at Best Western+ Santee, and the service was as great as the first time. The hotel is aesthetically beautiful and very clean. Our favorite is the morning down home breakfast that’s served fresh every morning. Mrs. Barbara is amazing, as she puts love and care into her cooking, as everything is delicious, and displayed nicely and the dining area is always immaculate and clean, resort style. There’s nowhere else we’d rather stay when we travel to South Carolina.

我们一进门就发现浴室里有只蟑螂。房间就在泳池旁边。家具虽然有些老旧，但还能看出昔日的优雅。早餐非常棒，种类比大多数其他地方都丰富得多。我们之前也见过负责早餐的那位女士，她非常谦逊。
更像个汽车旅馆。需要好好翻新一下，地毯看起来很脏。不过旁边就是高尔夫球场，所以环境不错。
唯一让我不满意的是，虽然号称无烟环境，但却有很浓的烟味。
