This property is older. I was initially disappointed when we arrived. It's dark, but clean. Our room seemed old, but it was clean. Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was very good. Fresh and warm.

Very convenient to University of Wyoming campus. Nice staff that explained to us how to visit Snowy Range scenic byway in Centennial which has amazing views! Very clean and nice rooms.

They gave us a wonderful and restful start to a long road-trip. They provided great customer service, with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was comfortable and clean, though a little dated. It was also very quiet. The hotel's conveniently close to I-80 and has a large gas station across the street with a good variety of food options.

Don’t stay here in Laramie
The TV remote would not turn the sound down. The bed was as hard as a rock. You could get that room for $80 anywhere else. The breakfast was poor quality and cheap food items.

OK rooms, pool unusable.
We chose BW because it had a pool and after a 12 hour drive, the kids deserved a little fun. The pool was dirty and the water was cloudy and kind of slimy. The hot tub water was brown. we did not swim as they both looked like they were used for bathing.

Too much $ for what it is
Not what I have come to expect from Best Western. Property needs cleaning, painting and updates. Too expensive for what is is.
