The room service was upon request only, but we were not made aware of that until our 3rd day there, so our room didn’t get cleaned as I had expected. The elevator didn’t work about half the time we were there and we were staying on the 7th floor. The room ac also would never drop below 72, even though I set it at 68 at night time. Other than that, the staff was mostly friendly and the fitness center was much better than most hotels I’ve stayed in.

Checking was easy, property was clean. Upon checking into our room, the floors were not swept. Both bed linens were visibly dirty and one bed had blood on the sheets. Sherri at the desk was very apologetic and moved us immediately. The new room was clean, toilet smelled of raw sewage and one of the bed skirts had crusted stain on it that we covered with a napkin not to touch.

the airport shuttle was a great touch - but the lift was constantly broken and had to keep taking service lift in the back of the hotel -

Has a small bar, clean and stocked. You do have to pay for breakfast, but is higher quality. Like the room setup.

needs attention!
Check in was great rooms are just so so and restaurant needs help. food should be great with a small menu but it is just blah! Bartender was sweet as was front desk.

We stayed here with our family before flying out of BNA. We had to shuttle at 3am. The staff was very friendly, the property was clean, and the room was comfortable.
