The room was gross. Trash in the floor, food on the beds, something splattered on the wall in the bathroom. Floors were dirty. Lots of things were broken. No remote. The water in the shower ran the entire time we were there. By far the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. And to top it off, it was like 90 degrees when we first walked in. The heat was on full blast.

The room was visibly under renovation.
Lots of activity during the night from the hallways from dogs and people passing.
The pool was cold and no lights. The hot tub was green.

The staff was nice but the rest of my stay was not. Pool was not available, rough towels, no wash clothes, loud refrigerator, hard bed. Parking was fine and breakfast was fine.

Messages hours after the booking and even took my payment - to say, "the room is under maintenance" - I inquired about my refund, I haven't heard back as of this review.

Dirty room, cigarette smoke, dirty hallway, mold on the ceiling tiles. Breakfast looked gross-undercooked, stale bagels. Hotel door with passkey entry just opened with a little force- didn’t feel safe.

Bathroom have many flies in it. We haven't took shower as it is very unhygienic.

Arrival at the hotel was terrible. It doesn't look like the pictures. It’s an extended stay motel, Sketchy looking, questionable looking people hanging around the property. Tried to cancel the reservation but they would not. Don’t fall for the trap of a non refundable reservation.

前台服务人员很好，但是酒店需要好好打扫一下了。前台入口处的门上有一道大裂缝。房间很干净，就是床头灯和插座不能用。停车场也需要清理一下。侧门门禁刷卡失灵，而且我的房卡在入住期间失效了两次。
这里是放松休憩的好地方……员工真的很棒，总体来说体验非常好。
