The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were extremely help and friendly. The room I was in could use some updating and maintenence (Rm 211 leaking fridge & leaking faucet& and dark...needs another lamp/lighting & only 1 chair). The elevator floor was cracked a d dangerous for a peraon with a can. A little nip and tuck here and there and this facility would be great!

Staff was excellent. Location very convenient. Rooms needed some upgrades especially on the carpet. Price was less than other hotels around the area.

I found a roach crawling up the wall in the hallway walking to our room . We stayed in suite and jet tub was the only nice thing about it we didn’t even get a robe for after the tub. Went to have breakfast for free the next morning in the lobby and they had no juice left when I said something I was ignored I asked to make waffles they told me no they had French toast sticks so I made a plate they were so hard you couldn’t bite into them our cut with a fork I paid over 300$ for a good bath I guess

Staff was very nice. Party going on in the parking lot, grilling, loud music, alcohol consumption Made for a very awkward situation when leaving and coming to the property. Front entrance wasn’t being used because of renovations side exits are always open.

we came to this hotel with the intention of letting our daughters swim before a cheer competition, and the pool was closed along with half of it being under construction… You could not get in the front door and the side doors were open without having to use a key so it made the hotel very unsafe
3楼机房隔壁，有一些噪音，楼上还有脚步声，估计体重不轻。还好周围环境相对安静，出差较累，容易睡。
早餐要去早一点，8点半左右余量开始不足。
转移到市区以后发现原来South那里还有一个Outlet。
对了马路对面有Target，Waffle House。
价格合理的好酒店
在这家适合我们的酒店住了 3 晚。房间干净，床舒服，早餐不错，有水果和奶制品
有一个虽小但现有的室内游泳池。
到达孟菲斯的速度很快；停车我们找到了20美元一天的停车场。
除此之外，酒店靠近 Graceland。
请注意，在这三个晚上，我们的房间从未打扫过。我们不得不去要毛巾。
价格非常优惠，但你绝对需要一辆车：酒店停车场是免费的
