Hotel was recently remodeled but the bathroom was old and dirty, windows looking out had some kind of coating on them to where you could not look out and the bed was terrible. Not comfortable at all and woke up both mornings with our back hurting.

It is just okay for business purposes but not as a family matter. They cleaned only once . I stayed for 4 nights .

Extremely hard beds.
Stayed for just a night, glad it was only one. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were hard and had no support to them. Pillows were the size of couch throw pillows and also uncomfortable. Good luck trying to get a hold of the front desk if your needing something like I did. The room had an iron but no ironing board. No one would answer the phone when trying to get a hold of them. I even went down to the front and still no one to be found. Overall, if you don’t mind a hard bed and only needing to stay one night, then this will do. If needing a longer stay You might want to look at some place else.

Was very convenient to navigate most of Austin from this location and it was very affordable would stay here again.

Was looking somewhere to stay for the night before my flight. I like to try different hotels by the airport so I can find a favorite. There’s definitely isn’t one of them.
Check-in was fine, and I see that they updated some things in the rooms, however, the hallways and doors to the rooms resemble either prison/old school building/state run facility. It was just dismal and depressing.
Gray on gray
The area of the bathroom with the gray front door and the gray bathroom door and the gray wall made me feel like I was 18 years old staying in a motel six that cost $30
I will not stay here again

Quite little getaway for one night was perfect good deal on room rate for what was provided

他们给了我们一间脏兮兮的房间，连个吸尘都没有。我要求换一间没有浴缸的房间，或者一间残疾人专用的房间，但他们没有。淋浴间很脏，排水管堵塞，进出浴缸也没有扶手，这很安全，因为浴缸很滑。浴室里没有镜子。蟑螂成群。我要求换房间，结果在另一间房间里，我儿子用脚踩到了一只蟑螂。他们不每天打扫房间。房费里的早餐很糟糕，就像所有美式早餐一样。我再也不会来了。这家酒店非常老旧，无人照管。
抵达时，一位年轻人会一点西班牙语，他竭尽全力帮助我。由于我不会说英语，我看了三家酒店，都客满了。我想住得离机场近一些，因为我带着女儿一起旅行，必须在凌晨3点前赶到。我找的酒店都有接送服务，他告诉我他们有电梯服务，并帮我把他送到了酒店。
我给他另一位只会说英语的同事留言，当我下车时，
请告诉他我的名字，这样他就能帮我了。这就是服务和善意，但最重要的是同理心。
我祝愿他一切顺利，继续保持这种善意，并祝他的生活充满成功。
给我们服务的是墨西哥人，也是酒店经理，服务很糟糕，不过经理名叫埃斯特法尼，非常友好。就冲着她，我推荐这家酒店。
