So first of all they "sold out" of the room type that I had RESERVED 2 months earlier. That should not be possible if they understand what a reservation is. Then they charge an additional $3.25 "Incidentals Fee" that is not disclosed when making reservations via *******. It is not much money, but it is the principle of it that is wrong. Then the "lock" for the room literally had no catch, just a smooth metal plate so the deadbolt couldn't stop anything because the bolt literally has no receiver. The A/C also could only run for 10-40 seconds (not kidding) at a time between 1-2 minute rest periods all night long. I stayed here approximately 4 years earlier and it was quite nice, but has gone down hill tremendously since then.

there was a concert going on, so the hotel was booked up and crowded, but the staff stayed professional and friendly and helpful.
the room was clean and quiet.
parking lot was clear and i felt safe.

Staff was good, but the outside of the building was terrible, there was needles, puke, cigarette butts it was disgusting we couldn't even walk our pet around the property. I fell very unsafe at night

我喜欢红屋顶酒店。
100%禁烟酒店，除非你和前台是朋友……那样的话在里面抽烟就完全没问题！我们入住时的开端真是俗不可耐。酒店位置也不好，罗利的高犯罪率区域，流浪汉很多。我们是来出差的，如果当初有足够时间找住处，我肯定会选别的地方。真是一分钱一分货。房间里没有微波炉和冰箱，没有热水，整个房间过时又脏。Red Roof酒店真是碰运气，而这家完全没碰上好运气。
便宜的酒店，但有时会很吵，而且周围环境不太友好。
总之很差！
建议只住一晚
走廊里有股难闻的味道，他们留了 3 天 2 条毛巾，没有洗发水或护发素，一张卫生纸，我打电话索要，他们说我必须下去要毛巾。
他们从来不来打扫房间或捡垃圾。
房间干净，浴室一般，酒店某些地方有霉味。
