床很不舒服，床单很薄，价格便宜。无线网络很差。浴室里有个又大又脏的淋浴凳。只有一名工作人员，所以办理入住手续非常慢，因为需要电话预订，而且要为很多人办理入住。她工作太累了。对于我们支付的高价来说，这真是令人失望。
极度不满意
我们对这家酒店非常失望。床硬得要命。毫不夸张地说，地板会更舒服些。
热水浴缸坏了，无法使用。
泳池里的氯气太重了，我们全家在房间里待了几分钟就感到恶心。我们甚至都没法游泳，不得不离开酒店。
免费早餐只能选择干脆饼干或华夫饼。
我们全家对这家酒店非常失望。我打电话确认预订时，工作人员应该告知我们酒店没有提供相关设施。我们选择这家酒店而不是新月城的其他酒店，很大程度上是因为酒店的泳池和热水浴缸。我们想在徒步了一天后泡个澡放松一下，但没有人可以做到。工作人员非常年轻，对当地的餐饮、娱乐和路线一无所知。
旅行时，我们通常会选择贝斯特韦斯特酒店，但这家酒店的位置实在令人失望。如果酒店宣传的设施实际上没有提供，则应要求退款。
不会再来。
两间房住三天
我们在两间相邻的房间里住了三天，结果发现价格过高，不值得好评。房间地板很脏，让我们感到不舒服。两个房间都有异味，而且双人大床房容纳不了超过两人。泳池似乎氯气过量，热水浴缸也关闭了。早餐也没什么特别的。总的来说，在新月城，不值得额外付费。下次我会选择其他地方。
房间就像汽车旅馆一样，浴缸中间凹陷，浴室很小，几乎无法移动。床不舒服，床单也很糟糕。电视很老旧，屏幕泛灰。水疗中心服务不好。价格过高，体验却很差。照片肯定是经过了滤镜处理的，因为效果不好。

实话实说
我们比入住时间提前了几个小时到达，但他们仍然告诉我们现在还不能入住。所以几个小时后，我们终于可以入住了。我们一打开房门，就发现床铺没有完全铺好。觉得很奇怪，我们去仔细查看，发现浴缸里有脏兮兮的湿毛巾，浴室的台面上还有一块抹布。这可不是你想看到的样子，尤其是一晚要花200多美元。于是我试着给前台打电话，结果发现房间里的电话根本就坏了！我不知道我们到底在等什么，因为客房服务根本没来得及收拾。我去了前台，他们告诉我客房服务今天已经下班了。我解释了一下情况。需要澄清的是，我不是在生前台工作人员的气，而是在生客房服务的气。那里的工作人员人很好，尽力改善了房间，尽管她不应该这么做。她帮我们整理了房间，换了新的毛巾和床单，还给了我们几瓶水。我肯定这只是一次小事，但我很可能再也不会住那里了。房间也有点老旧了。我岳父岳母住在我们隔壁的房间，他们没遇到任何问题，只是浴室里有一些蚂蚁爬来爬去。我们家的窗户上有一只大蜘蛛……如果你决定住在这里，一定要小心。
房间很漂亮
房间很漂亮，但我们的房卡不能用于我们自己的房间和早餐餐厅。我们换了三次！我们不得不反复尝试好几次才进得去。除此之外，房间非常好。
