Pretty comfortable stay. First of all, this hotel had the best breakfast ive had at any hotel!! Home cooked breakfast every morning!!! Not the usual hotel breakfast!! The 2 ladies working in the kitchen area are the nicest people you ever gonna meet. The hotel it self was great. Very quiet. I had a 3 night stay and i heard nothing at all. Room was nice. Bathroom could use some updating. Plenty of food options nearby. Staff at the desk was great as well. I would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough good things about this Best Western! The staff was gracious, helpful, caring! The breakfast was wonderful! The beds were very comfortable! Wonderful smell throughout the whole place! Beautiful scenery! Beautiful lobby to sit in and visit or relax nice and big!

My toilet was broken and made noise all night. Bathroom was run down and poorly repaired.Rm 159 needs to be closed to consumers.

My principal complaint is I checked in around 6 PM and the hotel was still half empty. I asked for an inside room or a second level room and was told the hotel was completely booked. There’s no way every room on the second floor was occupied when I checked in nor was there anyway that the rooms on the inside were 100% occupied. Most of the rooms on the second floor were dark when I checked in. Just a bit aggravated that they were so accommodating. I’ll not stay there again.

酒店回复: I understand your frustration but the hotel was sold out for those nights due to a food show being held at the convention center. Most everyone booked directly thru the hotel and made their requests to one of our front desk associates at the time of booking. Your reservation was thru a third party and there was no request for a 2nd floor room. Also, you booked an exterior room instead of an interior. Please understand that do our best to accomodate every request but sometimes it just isn't possible. Thank you and safe travels.

The Best Western is old and needs remodeled. There was no elevator, therefore we needed to go up and down steps every time. Some of the hallways door knobs we’re loose and didn’t shut properly. The air conditioner was nice and cold but was really noisey probably because it is so old.

The hotel is surrounded by many restaurant and shopping places.
The building is old, mattress and spring box are old. The cover on the spring box was torn. Guest staying there were loud outside and scary.

Very disappointed arrived they did not have a queen room. They had no elevator, expecting me to climb stairs with a person who has a disability, then wanted to put me in a room that smell like cigarettes were embedded in the wall. I will never stay at the best Western again Holly over price price for what they offer and they blamed it all on *******

I'm sorry it was not on 1st floor, however, there was nothing in the reservation that indicated you needed a 1st floor room. We were almost sold out and the only thing I had on 1st floor was a double queen smoking or a king with a sleeper sofa. You refused both of those. You chose to book through a third party and we gave you what you booked - no way of knowing you weren't able to climb stairs and then you blamed us for using *******. That wasn't our decision - it was yours. I'm sorry you were so unhappy but we did offer you everything we had available. Thank you and have a nice day.
