The hotel was wonderful. This was not my first time staying here while in Kuwait. This trip was very short, so I didn’t get the chance to explore all the amenities, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great renovations to the spa and men’s health club. The room was amazing, and the small lounge offered a great dinner experience.
The only negative experience I had was with the airport shuttle service. It was arranged for 2 AM, and it seemed I had to share it with other hotel guests. They were not ready on time, so the driver asked me to wait. I feel Abdallah, the front desk manager, could have handled this situation better.
But overall, I love the hotel. Thanks!

酒店房间和设施非常老旧。隔音效果极差，隔壁房间和走廊里的所有声音都能听得一清二楚。卫生间和淋浴的设计也很糟糕，每次洗澡水都会漏到马桶边，我不得不自己清理。客房服务也很差劲。
这家酒店唯一值得称道的就是空调。
很遗憾，这次入住体验与预期不符。办理入住时，我被安排在较低楼层的房间。
夜里，房间里传来巨大的机械噪音，让我难以入睡。我向前台投诉，他们关掉了机器，但过一会儿又打开了。噪音依然存在，让我度过了一个非常难熬的夜晚。
我预订的是海景套房，并为此支付了费用，因此我期望能享受到更舒适的住宿环境和服务。这次入住体验令人失望，远未达到预期标准。
酒店就在海边。位置极佳，服务热情。
