The service made everything perfect. It was the staff that stands out and responds very quickly. I’d recommend the hotel for its level of service

The hotel rooms and facility is very old. There is no sound proofing, I could hear every single sound in adjacent rooms and corridor. design of toilet and shower is terrible, every time we shower the water leeks to the toilet area and I will have to clean. Housekeeping is very bad.
The only good thing about the hotel was the AC.

Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the expectations. At check-in, I was given a room on a lower floor.
During the night, there was a loud mechanical noise that made it extremely difficult to sleep. I complained to the reception, and they turned off and turn it back on later. The noise persisted, making it a very unpleasant and restless night.
I expected better comfort and service, especially after paying for a Suite with sea view. This stay was disappointing and not up to the standard.
