这家酒店破败不堪,需要大规模升级改造和深度清洁。员工态度很差。去机场很方便,但除此之外就没什么了,除非你喜欢“Ruby Tuesday's”。
我不会向任何人推荐这家酒店。
还没到酒店,那个人就打电话说取消了我的房间,而且态度很差。于是我打电话给*******,以更低的价格重新订了房间。还没到酒店,他说我们必须在午夜前到,否则他们会再次取消。我当时就觉得没办法,他说,那我晚点再给你安排。他说只要确保凌晨2点前到就可以了。我们到了酒店,酒店说最晚3点可以入住,他就是想跟我们吵架。房间灯光昏暗,而且味道难闻。每天早上5点左右都会被巨大的敲门声和说话声吵醒。这地方真是糟透了。
我们要求提供额外的毛巾,却被告知没有;另外,前台在上午 10:30 敲我的门,询问我们是离开还是留下,我很困惑为什么这么着急,因为退房时间是上午 11 点;我再也不会住在这里了
房间还算干净,入住也很方便,但电视坏了,走廊/电梯有股脏味。虽然不是我见过最差的,但下次我可能会选择其他地方。对于住一晚来说,它还算可以,但如果住得更久,我就不推荐了。
