The staff was great. The refrigerator in my room wasn’t working. I went to the front desk and the girl was unable to reach maintenance, but she managed to find a new fridge, carried it to my room and set it up. She went above and beyond and I was truly thankful.
Also, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the bread/bagels at the breakfast buffet were individually wrapped. The dining area was neat and the staff taking care of the area was in and out, replenishing and cleaning.

It would be hard to remember being offered a worse hotel room: Grimy all over. Room phone had either coffee or syrup spilled all over it, not cleaned. Supposed to have a coffee maker---did not. Light fixture next to bed was missing bottom covering, so it was exposed with sharp edges. Bathroom floor dirty in corners. Bathroom had a literally exposed hole in ceiling where light covering should be. Remote would not turn on TV. AC unit was not working and from the looks of it had not worked since about 1978. And Ive saved the best for last....shower had no shower head.....just an exposed metal pipe , where water ran out in a straight line like a garden hose.

In our room, it was clean and roomy. However, there was no hand soap for the sink(had to go get some at front desk), the coffeemaker didn’t work, only 1 small trash bin for the entire space, heating/ cooling was rather wonky. Didn’t feel like the room was worth the $300+ dollars we spent.

The one ice machine on the property was broken, laundry was closed down, but our room was nice, staff friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good.

Our room smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes in it. Being pregnant, I was up all night feeling nauseous with a headache because of the smell. We had limited time in the room because of a wedding thankfully otherwise I would have requested a switch.

There seemed like some sketchy guys hanging around. I didnt feel safe, the corridor leading to our room had a couple doors to use your key to get in but they werent in use. Was worried the whole night about our car that was out of view. When the ice machine said it was broken the guy at the desk told us to go buy our own ice at walmart! Went to look at other reviews, which I should have done before booking. Claims made people live there. So, what, dont want to supply ice for them so other guests dont get it either? The room was clean and comfortable. Looks like they are remodeling. However definitely not up to Best Western standards.

房间在楼上，但没有电梯。没有行李车。大厅里的制冰机坏了。房间里的冰箱和微波炉都坏了。千万别来这里！
