来米兰的第一天住的这家酒店很满意,回程取消了原定的酒店续住了。这家酒店很方便很适合游客,还有免费的奔驰shuttle往返duomo,房间在米兰真的算蛮大的,stuff都很nice,也见惯了各地的游客,不会区别对待,下次还会来住这
选这个酒店是看了很多评论,很慎重的选择住了该酒店,入住后大大的后悔。从进入酒店的走廊,绿色的灯光,仿佛进入了一个鬼片的场景;进入房间床铺上都是脏东西;家人正在换衣服,服务员没有任何打招呼自己打开门进入房间;电梯按向下,电梯下行不停,按向上,下行电梯才停。我住的还是套房,是我历次欧洲之行住的最差的酒店,没有之一,太郁闷了。
spa太棒了,资生堂合作的,泳池很漂亮视野好,顶流酒吧氛围也很棒。位置也不错蛮方便的,美中不足就是房间面积实在小,米兰都这样吧。
代客泊车,每次都能有免费的水,打车去大教堂很近,对面就是米兰火车站,房间面积在欧洲算很大的。服务很好,还给我们的车封上膜,门口客人的法拉利很拉风,床三个人睡很宽敞,建议直接打车,Uber贵很多。
这是我们第二次入住这家酒店,体验依然非常棒!地理位置无与伦比,离米兰中央火车站非常近,而且大部分一日游的集合点都在这里。孩子们特别喜欢酒店的泳池和健身房,观光购物了一天之后,傍晚在这里放松一下再好不过了。免费班车服务也帮我们省了不少打车费和时间。强烈推荐给来米兰的朋友们!
住了四天,位置极佳,就在中央车站对面。
服务很赞:第一晚隔音不好,和前台一说立马换房,非常热情。
唯一不足是房间茶具很不干净。
交通便利,服务特别棒。酒店整体不错,环境干净安静,房间宽敞明亮,设施齐全。服务人员态度热情,入住体验舒适。早餐选择丰富,下次还会考虑再来。
早餐非常丰盛!房间略小,位置非常方便,出来门往左走150米就是去机场的大巴站,离火车站100米,离地铁站100米;
西班牙意大利玩了一圈,住了四个五星级这个是最差的酒店没有之一。除了名字里有一个luxury 之外,没有任何豪华之处。首先来之前就说过要加床,checkin的时候又强调要加床,中间还打了两次电话去叫人加床,结果晚上回来还是没有加床,再打过去催了几次,才在11点来两个人当着我们的面把加床弄好。弄完都11点多,没法休息。第二,所有的浴巾都是潮的一股霉味,第二天都不想洗澡。然后浴室的水龙头也是坏的,还漏水。最后是前台,经常打了电话找不到人,后来只能打到餐饮部门才找到人。总之,完全不属于豪华酒店的服务和硬件,最多就是如家精选的水平。
很棒的酒店,因为我们是坐火车环游意大利,所以地理位置非常方便。早餐选择虽然不是很多,但很美味。
