来米兰的第一天住的这家酒店很满意，回程取消了原定的酒店续住了。这家酒店很方便很适合游客，还有免费的奔驰shuttle往返duomo，房间在米兰真的算蛮大的，stuff都很nice，也见惯了各地的游客，不会区别对待，下次还会来住这
选这个酒店是看了很多评论，很慎重的选择住了该酒店，入住后大大的后悔。从进入酒店的走廊，绿色的灯光，仿佛进入了一个鬼片的场景；进入房间床铺上都是脏东西；家人正在换衣服，服务员没有任何打招呼自己打开门进入房间；电梯按向下，电梯下行不停，按向上，下行电梯才停。我住的还是套房，是我历次欧洲之行住的最差的酒店，没有之一，太郁闷了。
spa太棒了，资生堂合作的，泳池很漂亮视野好，顶流酒吧氛围也很棒。位置也不错蛮方便的，美中不足就是房间面积实在小，米兰都这样吧。
代客泊车，每次都能有免费的水，打车去大教堂很近，对面就是米兰火车站，房间面积在欧洲算很大的。服务很好，还给我们的车封上膜，门口客人的法拉利很拉风，床三个人睡很宽敞，建议直接打车，Uber贵很多。
这是我们第二次入住这家酒店，体验依然非常棒！地理位置无与伦比，离米兰中央火车站非常近，而且大部分一日游的集合点都在这里。孩子们特别喜欢酒店的泳池和健身房，观光购物了一天之后，傍晚在这里放松一下再好不过了。免费班车服务也帮我们省了不少打车费和时间。强烈推荐给来米兰的朋友们！
住了四天，位置极佳，就在中央车站对面。
服务很赞：第一晚隔音不好，和前台一说立马换房，非常热情。
唯一不足是房间茶具很不干净。
交通便利，服务特别棒。酒店整体不错，环境干净安静，房间宽敞明亮，设施齐全。服务人员态度热情，入住体验舒适。早餐选择丰富，下次还会考虑再来。
早餐非常丰盛！房间略小，位置非常方便，出来门往左走150米就是去机场的大巴站，离火车站100米，离地铁站100米；
西班牙意大利玩了一圈，住了四个五星级这个是最差的酒店没有之一。除了名字里有一个luxury 之外，没有任何豪华之处。首先来之前就说过要加床，checkin的时候又强调要加床，中间还打了两次电话去叫人加床，结果晚上回来还是没有加床，再打过去催了几次，才在11点来两个人当着我们的面把加床弄好。弄完都11点多，没法休息。第二，所有的浴巾都是潮的一股霉味，第二天都不想洗澡。然后浴室的水龙头也是坏的，还漏水。最后是前台，经常打了电话找不到人，后来只能打到餐饮部门才找到人。总之，完全不属于豪华酒店的服务和硬件，最多就是如家精选的水平。
很棒的酒店，因为我们是坐火车环游意大利，所以地理位置非常方便。早餐选择虽然不是很多，但很美味。
