我们在一个房间里住了四晚,我的继女们在另一个房间(315房间)住了两晚。工作人员态度相当冷淡,根本不愿意帮忙。烟雾探测器的电池快没电了,所以我们要求他们更换。他们只是换了一个不同的探测器,但肯定是同一个电池,因为它还在不停地发出哔哔声,就像电池快没电了一样。我们不得不不停地要干净的毛巾、卫生纸等等,因为根本没人检查房间。他们只在第一晚之后打扫了房间,换了垃圾桶和床单。至少有两条毛巾和床单上沾着干涸的血迹。最糟糕的是,我的一个女儿醒来后发现自己浑身都是虫咬的,他们立即检查了是否有臭虫。确实有臭虫的迹象,甚至还发现了一只活的。工作人员装作若无其事,把信息转达给了经理。就说了这么多。好像没什么大不了的。我会避开这个地方。
再想想
床很宽敞很结实,没有臭虫。不过发现了几只蟑螂,所以我们把食物扔了。空调坏了,在80华氏度(约27摄氏度)的夜晚几乎没有吹出任何凉风。我们申请了美国退休人员协会(AARP)的折扣,但由于是在线预订而被拒绝。至少有残疾人专用房间,而且离办公室和制冰机都在停车场的另一端(不太方便)。
经理非常友善,我们入住和退房时都是同一个人。他真诚地询问我们入住体验如何。这家酒店非常适合我们过夜。
离肯德基Yum餐厅很近,而且很便宜!房间很不错。唯一的缺点是房间里根本凉不下来,不过我觉得这是因为外面太热,空调跟不上。
酒店虽然有些老旧,但很干净,我们可以步行 2 英里到达展览中心,然后把车停在酒店。
我还没有退房,他们就在我去吃饭的时候进入我的房间,以要打扫房间为借口,把我的私人物品扔掉,然后把我房间里的东西都扔掉了
住在其他地方吧
他们在我旅行当天取消了我的预订,而且没有通知我。
