房间非常干净，安静。
楼下就是很大的公园，很多儿童游乐设施。公园慢跑极佳。
步行20分钟左右到市区。
很好的住宿选择。
几年前第一次来墨尔本的时候就住在这里！
基础设施还是保持的不错。开业十年了的酒店也不会感到老旧。 就是床品没有以前干净有点污渍在上面。 每天打扫但比较马虎，茶和咖啡也都不补。离市中心有点距离但门口就有Tram位置还🉑。
酒店离city差不多一公里 门口就有免费的tram可以坐，位置非常好。酒店旁边是公园，很安静很舒服，非常推荐
超出预期的酒店，工作人员友好，干净卫生，房间装饰不错，离墨尔本大学很近。在国外也喜欢用携程订酒店，很多时候是全网比较低价的。

早餐不是自助的需要从菜单上点. 非常简单,少,沒什么可吃的. 价值最多才25澳元. 另外酒店前台经常没人感到不方便. 房间不错环境蛮好. 床被是松落的感觉不舒服
住得非常愉快。我们在这儿住了三晚，真的很喜欢这个地方。
酒店位置绝佳，坐落在公园内，公园景观房视野通透。沿着公园散步步行可达墨尔本动物园，非常值得带孩子前往。机场出来快速路可直达，酒店距离CBD也不是很远，打车步行皆可。如果房间内有免费的矿泉水那就更好了。
房间干净舒适，还有一些很有意思的艺术书籍。
酒店位置很好，离墨尔本大学很近，我们房间能看到皇家公园的漂亮景色。
楼下有超市和餐厅。
或者走15分钟就能到Errol街，那边有很多餐馆。
