The hotel is very good, great value for money. It's very very close to an accessible subway station. The breakfast is very complete with many options and daily variety. The room was clean and the staff always ready for help. The soda machine was missing some variety, there was a night when there was not even a coke. The neighborhood is not good, there is a project the next block, right in front of the subway station. The deli next door is also very weird. But at any time I felt threatned by the neighbors, a minor setback in a great stay.

Pros: 1-Good and helpful Staff’s 2-Nice and clean room 3-Price is ok 4-Clean bathroom 5-Good internet 6-5 minutes walk to subway 7-Nice view from the room Cons: 1- Only 2 elevator ( staff use’s 1 of the 2 elevator all morning and it’s impossible to get down to the lower floor) 2- Same breakfast every day 3- Spooky neighborhood at night 4- Old and outdated room( there was a damp spot on the ceiling and the room has very low light ) 5- Shower in the bathroom was weird (very low water pressure) As for the price the hotel was good , but if you can spend a little more then I would suggest stay at Manhattan, otherwise it takes 35/40 min to go to Manhattan by cab. Overall it’s good staying.

While front desk staff was friendly, hotel is in a terrible neighborhood- very deceiving from what is in photos- felt unsafe and asked to change hotels but was denied - rooms were ok clean but holes in curtains / chips in furniture, etc

Horrible place. Photos are deceiving. Not sure how they got the stars they did. Gross dirty breakfast, beat up and falling apart rooms and bites on leg after staying. Only good was proximity to F train to Manhattan.

We stayed for 3 nights in September. The location is perfect for exploring New York. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is very good and especially Yasmin in the Cafeteria is a particularly friendly and attentive person.
